Building A Team Within United Properties

When Chase Pino, Trey Willard and Jarrod Brown joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices United Properties, they knew they had the opportunity to build something beyond themselves. Several years later, both have started real estate teams within United Properties and are accomplishing some remarkable things in the industry.

For Trey, his connections and relationships eventually resulted in bigger possibilities. In order to provide the client experience he strived for and utilize the various skills of his teammates, he formed the W Group in 2016.

Trey says, “It’s almost impossible to provide the level of service that I would like to provide in a real estate transaction when you’re doing everything yourself.” Having a harmonious group with different minds allows Trey to perform better and provide his clients with an unmatched experience.

With a similar mindset and attitude, Chase formed the Pino Brown team with a fellow United Properties realtor, Jarrod Brown, two years ago. “We feel it has helped our business grow a lot. The big thing with real estate is pushing it out there and being able to take the marketing in different directions.”
