New Orleans Office
New Orleans, La. – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices United Properties’ Metairie office is set to open in July 2019. United Properties currently has one office in Baton Rouge and seeks to replicate the space’s trendy, upbeat atmosphere in the new location.
The company established a presence in the area after the McCarthy Group joined BHHS United Properties in 2018, and this new space will serve as the company’s second location on Metairie Road.
After being introduced to the market, several invaluable agents joined the team, leading co-owners Chase Muller and Jonathan Starns to build a new state-of-the-art real estate center. The new space supports United Properties’ continued growth in the Greater New Orleans market and a desire to supply the area with quality agents.
“We feel that we have built a great team, culture and system here in Baton Rouge. We have a proven track record of service in this area and now we are looking to replicate that in New Orleans,” says Chase Muller, BHHS United Properties co-owner.
The office will be completely designed around agent needs with a lending company, notary and support staff on-site. United Properties’ goal is to have a real estate center in south Louisiana that focuses on fostering agent growth and investing in their success.
“By having multiple centers, we’re looking for agents to expand their marketing service area, and this is another part in our continuous strategic growth plan,” says Jonathan Starns, BHHS United Properties broker and co-owner.
After the Metairie opening, United Properties plans to expand into additional south Louisiana markets.
