Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices United Properties announces its three year anniversary as a commercial and residential real estate firm. The company began as a small startup in 2016 and partnered with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to expand its reach. The firm has experienced notable success in its initial years while serving the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets.

Jonathan Starns, BHHS United Properties co-owner and broker, says, “It really is a great compliment to us that we’ve been able to go from a startup company to a top five market share in such a short time period. We feel that it’s a good testament to us as a brand.”

United Properties prides itself on the unique culture and employee-focused environment that it fostered. The company insists its early success stems from supporting committed agents and investing in their wellbeing. “We always want to remain an agent-centric workplace that  consistently provides benefits for our team members. We want to make sure they have the best resources available to them when they serve their clients,” says Chase Muller, BHHS United Properties co-owner.

The company’s efforts have paid off as new high-quality agents consistently join the team and contribute to the brand’s success. Both Starns and Muller cited the firm’s organic growth as an overwhelmingly positive impact. But, the team shows no signs of complacency. United Properties will open their New Orleans office this summer.

In the future, United Properties believes its philosophy and partnership with Berkshire Hathaway will lead to increased market growth and unprecedented brand stability.

Muller stated, “We knew we could grow this company in the correct manner, and we have far surpassed our initial goals. We attribute this to our brand, work ethic, platform and agents.”
